Song is a cauliflower that never fails. at 55 days, it comes on earlier than normal cauliflower and can be picked young when the head is still tight together or later when the curds spread out. The green stems are unique and look great plated for dinner.

Recommended for growing in Autumn or early Spring. Best grown before the heat comes, for us here in PA, that means we plant them in mid-March. Very easy to grow.
